What exactly is a Vellarin AI agent?
An assistant that replies on your behalf via WhatsApp, Instagram, voice, web and email — 24/7, in the customer’s language. It handles inquiries, books appointments, qualifies leads and escalates complex cases to your team. It’s not a decision-tree chatbot: it runs on the same models behind ChatGPT and Claude, configured with your business’s information, tone and rules.
How long until it’s live?
Typically one week: discovery (20 min) → setup and training with your info (3-5 days) → testing with you → live. Simpler businesses may go live faster. Agents with complex integrations (custom CRMs, internal APIs) take 2-3 weeks.
Will it sound like a robot?

Who trains the bot, you or me?

How am I billed?
Monthly. There’s an initial setup fee (depends on scope) and a monthly fee that scales with active agents and channels. Specific terms (minimum duration, cancellation policy, etc.) are agreed during discovery based on your case. No surprises: we deliver a detailed written quote before starting.
