Vellarin AI is an AI Studio headquartered in Miami, Florida, United States. We provide AI agents, automations, custom software, AI tools, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for small and medium-sized businesses.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy content from the Site
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) other than well-behaved search-engine crawlers
• Use any AI tool we provide to generate content that violates law or the rights of others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Information on the Site about our services (pricing, deliverables, timelines) is informational and not a binding offer. Final terms are set in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) signed by both parties.

The free GEO audit and any other free tools are provided “as is” for informational purposes only and do not create a contractual relationship.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, code, software design — is owned by Vellarin AI or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site and download or print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (republication, redistribution, derivative works, commercial use) requires our prior written consent.

“Vellarin”, “Vellarin.ai”, and our logo are trademarks of Vellarin AI.

When you submit information through forms (name, email, message), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing requested services. You represent that you have the right to provide the information. Submissions are subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Site uses third-party providers including Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or harmful code
• Results obtained from the Site or our tools will be accurate or reliable

Free GEO audit: results are automated estimates based on publicly available information and AI inference. They are not a guarantee of search-engine or AI-engine performance.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELLARIN AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellarin AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/UK/EEA, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of consumer law in your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when we post it on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Vellarin regarding use of the Site.
